Austin Refrigeration is the absolute best, and I've been using them for seven years now. The owner, Mark, and the service director, Brian, are so kind and will do everything that they can to take care of you. Parker is stellar, and Wesley & Josh are great too! The entire team is super knowledgeable, professional, and will go above and beyond to take care of you-- I cannot recommend them more, and I won't go to anyone else!
Refreshingly professional & customer oriented in every regard ! I suffer from Battered Customer Syndrome (BCS) and this place was a true Oasis in the Bad Service Desert of today......Parker our Tech was great ! And so was Brian.....
