I had an Manitowoc ice machine installed recently and the experience was great overall. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up correctly. A small leak showed up afterward, but they came back out promptly today and fixed it without any issues. I really appreciate their quick response and commitment to making things right. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing an ice machine install or service.

Austin Refrigeration is the absolute best, and I've been using them for seven years now. The owner, Mark, and the service director, Brian, are so kind and will do everything that they can to take care of you. Parker is stellar, and Wesley & Josh are great too! The entire team is super knowledgeable, professional, and will go above and beyond to take care of you-- I cannot recommend them more, and I won't go to anyone else!
