Throughout the project, we experienced ongoing issues with the thermostats after installation. Austin Refrigeration did not return to ultimately correct these deficiencies despite multiple requests. As a result, we were forced to engage another contractor to complete and repair the work at our own expense. Austin Refrigeration has been great to work with. They were able to get my AC back up and running in the middle of summer, which was a huge relief. Their team was clean, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Tevin took the time to give me recommendations on how to make my unit run more efficiently and last longer, which I really appreciated.
