ARA Round Rock has been my go to for years, but today was my worst experience ever. These people just can't get on board with my insurance coverage. Everytime I make an appointment they send me an estimate I have to pay and I have to call them and tell them my secondary covers my co-pays, that I do not have to pay anything. . I called in advance when I got the 1st estimate and was told by billing just to tell them to bill after, which, I found out today, they never do.
