I went to get a CT scan and was informed my insurance wouldn't cover it. I paid $125 and was called in within 10 minutes. The scan was quick and technician was professional. The problem is that I contacted my insurance and they informed me the imaging center is in-network and the CT scan should be covered. They didn't find an approval request for it from ARA so they didn't submit it. I don't know why they didn't submit it prior to my visit, I scheduled my appointment a month ahead.
