Terrible all around. I do not recommend anyone here
They are attempting to bill me for service I had 3 YEARS AGO that I already paid. They should re-staff their accounting department (if they even have one).
I’ve been seeing Dr. Esche and the team at Austin Psychiatric Alliance for about 4–5 years, and they’ve been fantastic. Dr. Esche is knowledgeable, takes the time to really listen, and has helped me find the right meds and treatment plans. He’s also gone out of his way to give me guidance on dealing with a family member’s mental health, which I really appreciate. The staff is always friendly and professional too. Highly recommend.
