i love mark esche, had him for years and miss him since moving. he is so understanding, non-judgemental, and explains how medications work thoroughly to you. I have never felt more taken seriously and felt genuine care / actually wanted to help by any other medical professional in my life. I only wish he could be my regular doctor! thank you for everything
Dr Esche is so knowledgeable and so compassionate. I've been seeing him for over 15 years and we are a team in my care. He is also accessable in times of crisis and knows my history and shows genuine care. The front desk staff are great, too.
Dr. Esche has been my Psychiatrist for like ten years and he’s truly the best. It’s so hard to find a good psychiatrist in Austin and I don’t know what I’d do without him. So grateful to have found him.

They are attempting to bill me for service I had 3 YEARS AGO that I already paid. They should re-staff their accounting department (if they even have one).
