So… had my first Ketamine Session today. I absolutely recommend it. There will be others, once a week. Not sure exactly what I thought it would be like — but I’d have been wrong. Dr. Magid, who has been my provider at Austin Psych Care for several years, is an outstanding physician, in determining the correct diagnosis and prescribing which meds or treatments are the best fit for it. Her extensive experience, compassion, genuineness and communication skills are superlative. I can easily say she is the best In her field that Austin has to offer.
The best mental office in town. They actually still believe in customer service. Thank you to the whole team (Katie and Mary- you are the best!) for helping me out during a dark time and for actually returning my phone calls!
