They are crooks! Simple as that!
We have been using them here for last six or seven years. They were good at first but increased our HOA dues by 30% for 2023 and none for 2024 but it appears they are doing very little repair work here on our property last two years has gotten bad. Aren't very responsive lately to various problems here. :-(
Shirley Austin is really bad at her job. Seems like the reviews of her being a crook and unprofessional are accurate.
They have been great to work with. They’re always quick to respond to any issue I have had. I’ve been in my house for six years now I think. I’ve bitched at them once because of my neighbors. Even then they were polite. They are always pleasant to work with.
Austin Properties has failed to honor an agreement made with them regarding the exterior of my building. I have stood behind them in the past & even served on the BOD of the HOA for more than 10 years. Now i intend to point out every deficiency in their management.
