We spent more time than usual at the hotel because it was so enjoyable. Bar was always looking so fun and on the last night I had a delicious light bite and martini just right. La Piscina is excellent and breakfast very good at Peacock. Rooms are comfortable with great shades and Aesop product. Also incredible shower and super decor. Coffee in Goldie’s also great perk. Can’t wait to come back!
Favorite hotel in Austin. Interior design is sleek and makes this place. Beds/rooms are great, pool is fantastic to hang out in and the Mexican restaurant poolside has phenomenal fajitas. Even the elevators with the hanging animal hide are spot on. The gym bathrooms have a great steam room to start the day as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
Austin Proper was fantastic. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. The lobby bar/restaurant was PACKED every night regardless the day of the week. I’m talking 2-3 people deep at the bar and standing room only. I asked the staff why this hotel seemed more of a hotspot than others in the area and was told because there are four different bars in one hotel it’s a one-stop-shop in a great location.
