Well...I can’t say I “loved” it because let’s face it I was having surgery on my noggin. But I can and will say that everyone I came in contact with here was fantastic! Starting with Cindy the patient care coordinator the week prior to my surgery ending with AJ the charge nurse escorting me to my car when all was said and done. Sadly I can’t remember everyone’s names but I can tell you that I spoke with MANY of the staff and they all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable both physically and mentally. I had knee surgery on the 28th of November last year. It was my first surgery and I was very nervous and I hate hospitals. I used to work in a busy one and will say the treatment I received at Vivere was excellent. They kept me at ease and made me feel welcome. The place was very clean and I wasn’t worried about catching staph the whole time I sat there either. Easy in, easy out. It felt like everyone was family. If I ever had to do another knee surgery there, I’d be at ease knowing that I’m going to be in good hands!
I LOVED this place! While an impending surgery would most likely cause some nervousness, the calm, peaceful air of this surgery center put me at such ease, I had no concerns at all. There was no hustle and bustle of a normal hospital; no people running to and fro, no loud speakers blaring....just peace. From the moment I checked in to the desk to the moment they wheeled me to the curb, everyone was absolutely delightful, kind and accommodating.
