I had an ingrown toenail removed by Dr Nguyen and he was the best!! I was a little nervous because it was hurting so bad, but his bedside manner was 10/10 and all the other workers in the office made me feel confident in the small procedure. I highly recommend this practice.
Five stars for Dr. Nguyen. I’ve been an anxious medical patient since surviving a trauma involving a bunch of surgeries a few years ago & he was so kind. Smashed my toe into the shed a few months ago and it was still looking sketchy. He showed me how it was just scabby and not actually sketchy from every mobility standpoint & gave me some real talk about it how long it could take for the nail to grow back from where the incident shows up in my toenail. Dr. Nguyen is phenomenal. Highly recommend him to any and everyone!! He has helped my foot pain almost disappear entirely. Don’t immediately dismiss the insoles they sell, they helped my day to day life with a pair for my problem specifically.
I cannot recommend Austin Podiatry enough! The front desk and medical assistants are so kind and welcoming. The booking and check in process was a breeze. Dr. Nguyen’s bedside manner is unmatched, he explained my diagnosis and treatment thoroughly and had me laughing during my procedure. I work in healthcare and this office was such a delight to experience, I’ll be raving about them to everyone I know!
