I have never seen a plumbing supply store with so many options on display. I came in looking to find new fixtures for my bathroom and I found exactly what I needed. The service was helpful and accomodationg to my budgetary needs and personal taste. I would recommend APS anytime.
Mary was excellent in her sales and service. The only reason for not giving an excellent rating is that it seemed like once the order was placed, it kind of went into a black hole. It was difficult to get a timely estimate of back ordered items and I was made to feel like it was not liked that I was asking.
It was very nice and made it very easy for me to decide what I wanted and needed. Met all my expectations. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me something I didn't want. You were referred to me by a friend and I will return the favor by referring you to my friends.
The plumber was knowledgeable about his work and neat. Thank you for his work.

OUT OF BUSINESS - UNFILLED ORDERS + HORRIBLE SERVICE – My client ordered a bathtub back in MARCH 2011 and paid in full. After months of phone calls and little information and rude service, the tub was finally delivered MINUS the needed accessories.
