Luke K did a great job getting our new kitchen faucet installed (including replacing a problem pipe) and got our hose line and tap replaced and up to code. He was super polite, informative, and friendly. He was happy to answer all our questions and provided practical recommendations. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself well. We feel confident that his work was high quality and will last, and are happy to support a family owned business.

Andrew provided exceptional plumbing services when we needed help for our laundry sink backing up. Roto Rooter had been out and told us they couldn't help with the issue. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He completed the task efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Andrew at Austin Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric.

Austin plumbing had been very quick to respond to our issue of a leak with our well pump into our basement. Dylan B. was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job and explaining our issues and the different options we had to fix the well pump leak. Communication and honest feed back were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend fast friendly and reasonable/great pricing.
