I agree with the other reviewers. I did not want to let my son play with any of the toys in the waiting room because it looked filthy. The doctor's brother took me back and talked a whole bunch about what could be going on with my son's eye (we noticed it was slightly lazy). He then took us back out to the waiting room. Fortunately for me, the person ahead of me was in the bathroom, so we got to go in earlier (however, this was still about 20 minutes after our appointment was scheduled). REALLY STRANGE MAN Incredibly rude unprofessional staff – The other reviewer was so right on. This guy is really creepy. He has an office filled with his Barbie Doll collection. He didn't even speak with us after he did an extremely serious procedure on our baby. His brother is weird too. He has no medical training but is apparently in on the procedures. strange practioner and rude staff – For a doctor who has the respect of his peers, Dr. Busse is a very strange person. At every visit, he asks my son if he is a happy boy or a sad boy, a query which seems odd and out of place for an opthalmologist's office. His communication skills with adults are strained, and he just gives off a very strange vibe. My husband and mother both commented on his lack of adult interaction skills.
