Would rate this 0 out of 5 if possible. Scheduled a tour for a property, drove over an hour to meet the agent, Janet Bledsoe, waited 30 minutes after our appointment time outside the property, and she never showed up. Will definitely be avoiding listings made by this company in the future. Extremely disappointing given we loved what we saw online and the area it was in.
Unresponsive to tenants and no working phone number
This company is beyond disrespectful of renters. I would take my business literally elsewhere. When expressing my dissatisfaction in a composed manner, I was scolded for not being kind enough. This company cares more about their own feelings than you as a renter. RUN!
Been working with this company for 10+ years and they always stay on top of things! Staff is always super helpful with any needs! Highly recommend! Great team!
