Stay away from AOS and Cesar Beltran I am in agreement with "Thumbs Down" by Bobo C. I went through the same situation. I ended up managing the project and never really saw Cesar. He tried to ask for more money without justifications. Fantastic work I really like the owner of this business - I felt he is very honest and concerned about his work - and he personally stayed on site to make sure that things were done to his plan - I couldn't believe it! The landscaping work I had done added an outdoor room and new landscaping by our existing pool. So included was a landscaping plan, new plants, an outdoor structure, and various masonry projects. Terriffic Job - I'm very happy I needed to get my backyard set up so I could access it (I'm in a wheelchair). The team at Austin Outdoor solutions did a terriffic job making things accessible to me for the first time in the 5 years I've been living in this house. Now when I go outside I can enjoy my patio, plant vegetables in my new raised bed garden area, get around to all the points in the yard I need to etc.. Great service We had them in in September to put in an outdoor kitchen and new patio area in our home. They were easy to work with and really worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. My wife didn't like the initial grill that we'd picked out once it was installed and they got it switched out for a different model and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for changing our minds about it which was nice. Thumbs Down Despite the fantastic comments we received from AOS provided references, our experience was a polar opposite of those. In short, I would not recommend AOS for any project, regardless of size. In summary, we were misled and the overall experience was stressful and challenging. I can only say that either their business practices are questionable OR they are incompetent. We were asked for additional money once the project was begun and after the work was completed. Problem solvers! Really like Austin Outdoor Solutions- we had a terrible drainage issue and they really took care of it so now the yard looks great and isn't a big muddy mess after every rainstorm. We had another company implement their drainage solution a few years ago and paid quite a lot for it and it never worked right and they wouldn't come back out and fix it.
