Over the years Dr. Austin and his practice came highly recommended from friends and family and I’m so glad I chose to go to his practice for orthodontics. He is honestly the best in the area. He pays attention to the finer details, takes his time to explain the process for your treatment plan and he wants the best results for each patient. The staff at Austin’s is also amazing. I have two daughters who have got braces through this place and they have been great! It's a bit of a drive for us to come all the way to Nixa, but it's worth it. Would definitely recommend them to others. I also really appreciate the free coffee while I'm waiting.
This place was amazing! When you walk in you sign into the iPads on the table and have a seat. Or, you can play games in the arcade! For free! And there’s a massive fish tank for entertainment! A dentist comes back and calls your name. And in 10 minutes, you’re done! Staff are kind, polite and nice the atmosphere is cozy and calm, with nice Christian music! Fantastic! Dr. Austin and the entire team are incredibly friendly, professional, and always make you feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and super welcoming. My smile has never looked better — I couldn’t be happier with the results!
