Great loan , terrible appraiser – I hate to post this because James Copeland is an awesome loan officer. As I understand it know the loan officers can not pick there appraisers anymore so we get who ever the bank picks. Well this is my 3 rd loan with Austin Mortgage Assoicates and it has always been smooth in the past. BUT this appraiser almost sent me over the top.
