Worst company ever run by an A-Hole named Norman Newsome. Do not trust them they are total scammers. All they want is your credit card number and they charge you before they even arrive and once they do you are screwed. DON"T EVEN CALL THEM!! They actually offered to pay me to right a good review. DON"T TRUST ANYTHING POSITIVE YOU READ ABOUT THEM. Check the complaints at BBB. Norman is a total scum bag!

Avoid these guys at all cost! These are the sleaziest guys I have ever dealt with, especially Norman Newsome. He even offered to pay me to put up a good review. I picked them because they were cheaper than the other companies I called, but the statement "you get what you pay for" totally applies here. Workmanship was garbage and Norman's attitude about it was even worse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I complained to BBB and found out I was not alone they have 11 complaints. They should be put out of business!!

This is by far the worst service I've ever used. They left a mess in our driveway and did not call in advance to let us know they were on their way. While replacing the windshield they damaged a piece of trim and left it hoping I would not notice. When they re-installed my rear view mirror they heated it with a torch and then dropped my mirror onto my center console and melted it. Pros and cons... – Mobile Glass appears to be a co-op, a network of sorts. First and foremost, my windshield was replaced quickly and efficiently by Mr. Esparza - he knows his craft, and did the job with precision and professionalism. I've lived in the auto repair business, and this was not an easy piece of glass to remove and replace. He did it well, and paid attention to the details. Thieves!! – This business gets a big fat ZERO and should be reported to the BBB. They quoted one amount and charged another. When I called to confront them, they basically told me I was a liar and then they refused to acknowledge the quote they gave me. What a bunch of thieves!!! Stay away from this company and tell all your fiends and business colleagues NOT to do business with a company with such low morals and business ethics!

Unprofessional – I was originally quoted $209 to replace my windshield. The second time I called, I was quoted $299, but they brought it down to $249. Ok, that was fine, but I called on a Friday and they said they would have to order my windshield and could replace it on Monday. Monday was great because I was off that day. I get a call Monday morning, they SOLD the windshield they ordered for me and wouldn't be able to get another windshield until Tuesday afternoon. Great service and quality work – I had a wonderful experience with Mobile Glass from the friendly and informative customer service rep, Norm, to the efficient installer, Esparza. My car was broken into at the gym late Friday night, and the car window was completely shattered which was compounded as I was scheduled to leave town the next day. Windshield replacement guys – I called Mobile Glass when I needed my windshield replaced since my car wouldn't pass inspection. They came out to my house the same day I called, replaced the windshield quickly and they were cheaper than any other place I called; good experience, would definitely use them again.

Austin's Awesome Windshield Replacement Company – These guys are great! Tim replaced my windshield at my home on saturday while I mowed my lawn! I didn't have to drive to their auto glass shop, the mobile windshield replacement service is awesome! I live close in Austin, but I work in Round Rock and they said they service both areas with mobile service. This made it super easy for me and I'm sure we'll use them again. When it comes to windhshields Mobile Glass is the best!
