I’m a long time client at this salon, I was told by my stylist that I could stop by anytime without an appointment to have my bangs trimmed. Today around four o clock I stopped by. I was the only client in the salon. All of the stylists were in the back. I asked the receptionist if I could get my bangs trimmed and she said probably not, but she would go back and ask. Wendy has been doing my hair for over 5 years now. I have thin, hard to cut/style hair and I wouldn't have anyone else to do it now that I have found her. She is incredible with highlights and I highly recommend her and the salon. Several of my friends go to her and LOVE her work.
Haircut, color and style were perfect. The employees are friendly and attentive. Their prices are in line with the other salons in the area.
Angie is AMAZING! I decided to find a salon closer to home and just so happen to get an appointment with her. She squeezed me in last minute. She did such a great job! I will be back!! Rita was the sweetest thing too! Thanks ladies!
I called to make an appointment and the lady for very nice and said they do a wash, cut, and dry. Once i got there i told the stylist what i wanted then got my hair washed. Once i went back to the stylist i told her again exactly what i wanted. I even showed her with my hands the length i wanted. IT WAS THE WORSE CUT I HAVE EVER HAD! I could have let my teenage daughter cut it and it probably would have been better, not kidding! It was not just a little bit off, it was not at all what i told her i wanted! everyone is always very friendly Brooke does absolutely awesome color and I love the Aveda products. Highly recommend
just for m just for my eyebrows. They have always been very professional and do a good job. it was a it was a new person who did not do a good job. She did not remove the hair around the eyebrows nor did she detail the remaining hair. She was quick and didnt even offer to show me her work in the mirror. I now have to go to another place to have my eyebrows fixed.
Some stylist do an excellent job and one doesn't know what she is doing. If you are unhappy with your hair then don't expect a call back. They do not want to go to the trouble of making customers happy after they have already collected. It's really disappointing to have to find a new salon when I really loved the way she did my hair. I would have been happy to pay. I did when they ruined my daughters hair and then charged double what they said it would be.
Luv, luv, luv my hair cut & color. My almost 16 yr. old granddaughter went to Brook after seeing my hair & she luuuuuuuvs her hair also !!! And we all know how picky teenage girls are about their hair !!!!! EVERYONE there was so down-to-earth and made us feel very comfortable. Prices were right in line with other salons.
