I couldn’t book an appointment with a doctor anytime soon, even though the website shows availability within a week. It turned out that new patients can only be scheduled for mid-March. My case is urgent - I even have a referral from an urgent care doctor - but that didn’t seem to matter to either of the two administrators I spoke with.
