I went in for what was supposed to be one ultrasound. Imagine my surprise when I was later billed for two — one of which I never asked for, and certainly was never told would come with a much higher price tag. The doctor never explained that the so-called “detailed ultrasound” would be billed separately and at a premium. There was absolutely no transparency about the cost or even the fact that a second procedure was being performed. Excelente lugar amabilidad, puntual y mucho enfoque en su trabajo.
This office is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Holliman, Sarah, Rhonda, Sandra, and the rest of the team at the South Austin office are gems. I look forward to these appointments and am so glad I’m in such great hands for this pregnancy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Appointment was at 11:15am. Checked in 5 minutes early. Waited in the lobby until 12:15pm, gave up, left. Wasted my lunch break for nothing
I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible place with horrible service. Save your nerves and continue looking for a better place
