They are absolutely amazing!!!
Not only was the customer service terrible and the worst I've ever received for a sonogram, they bill $730 for a 2nd trimester anatomy scan and insurance covers a portion but then bill you $300+ for it! I waited 3 days for billing to call me before my appt to get billing information and they never called me. Had I of known this would cost this much WITH insurance, I would have went elsewhere and paid out of pocket $150 for the same exact thing. I will never come back here even if it's necessary, I'd rather drive to Waco area... read more
Ao they don't answer the obones during lunch and then I call back at 330 pm because they are open until 5....they don't answer the phones after 3 pm. This is ridiculous to just ask questions about getting insurance coverage. Hopefully I catch them before they close at noon on Fridays.
Very upset. I am going over paperwork that was uploaded to my patient portal and see that not only was I not being heard the doctor decided to put whatever she wanted on the paperwork itself. I would have never know this if I didn't have to use a different doctor and that doctor needed all my previous info. When you tell someone you are having pain and they put that you denied having any pain is outright wrong. I'm so happy now that I will no longer be using this office. I really enjoyed going here but after today not so much. First Dr. Destefano is extremely dismissive and rushes through every appointment. I am astonished by her lack of care. Secondly, during my ultrasound I informed the technician of my due date and she goes "Yeah, unless something happens" who on earth would say that to a PREGNANT WOMAN three months away from giving birth. Finally, I informed the receptionist on June 8th that I was no longer seeing a midwife and yet today July 25th I find out she never removed the midwife... read more
