Dr. Mackens took his time to explain my blood work. He answered all my questions. He was personable and very encouraging. He was also very considerate regarding me seeing a female medical professional for female tests. He was great!
Dr. Mackens was very friendly and down to earth. He answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. I really liked his nurse also. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. I really hope I get to stay with these two.
