Edit 03/18/25: Unfortunately the George Condominiums at E M Franklin have some engineering issue that caused the city to not issue permits. This caused my 1031 to default resulting in a very significant tax liability and cash loss. Key aspects related the timeline were misrepresented and communications incomplete, erroneous and ever changing.
