My husband needed a knee scooter for an upcoming trip and we were looking for one in a pinch. This company came through for us big time! The service is prompt, professional and friendly. The product was exactly what we needed -- it worked very well and I can't imagine making that trip with my husband in a walking boot but without the scooter. I broke my right foot a few weeks back, rendering me mostly incapacitated. The all-terrain scooter I got from Austin Knee Scooter was invaluable! Besides freeing up my hands (from crutches) and allowing me to do things around the kitchen, it allowed me to go from school halls to gravel parking lots. Easy to navigate & able to go over most surfaces. It was a life saver & Jared & co were professional and efficient. Highly recommended!
On Thanksgiving Day, 2021 I injured my foot, dropping a heavy baking dish on it. Rather than shopping on Black Friday, we went to Urgent Care, and learned that it was in fact, broken. After the pain and frustration of hobbling around that afternoon, I quickly decided to look for a knee scooter rental.
