Private, calm and professional. Exceptional service, genuine concern and compassion. The clinic feels like a home or lodge instead of a medical clinic. While the feel is homey, the staff are all very professional. The clinic is consistently clean, the staff is always helpful. The owner is a local who experienced healing / relief from ketamine therapy. It impressed him so much he wanted others to experience it, too. B-A-D I had an awful experience at “Austin Ketamine Clinic” and genuinely regret giving this place a chance. The entire operation felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. I arrived early for my appointment and still ended up sitting in the lobby for nearly an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting. The clinic itself looked run down and nothing like the polished, calming environment they advertise online. I tried to reach them to get a consult but it went to an answering machine with an outgoing message that just asks you to stare your name and then rings a few times and just stops. Then I got a text message asking me for a bundle of info, including date of birth. You want to leave all of that in a message? You want that to be my first encounter with you? I thought this was a medical clinic. Seems a bit off.

Drop your guard. Bare your soul. Look deep. And come away with a renewed sense of self. I love the idea of "disconnect so you can reconnect." That was me. I just finished session 4 of 6 and it was intensely beautiful. I could feel my dad, who passed away two years ago, nudging me toward love and vulnerability with my children. If you feel stuck, this is a great place to get unstuck. They create a genuinely safe place for you to do the deep work.
