He accepts jobs he has no intension of finishing. He gets the job half finished and sits on it. He promises to come out and does not show without even calling to say he cannot make it. If and when you get him on the phone, he lies about when he did not show. That is called abandonment. When I ask him when he is going to finish the job, he talks about bringing a subcontractor in. He is not reliable and took 7 months leaving the project unfinished. We hired a new company that finished the work within a week. Also, he does not pay the guys he employs. Dissatisfied customer!!
