Caseworkers don't help you at all. I have friends with caseworkers at different places, they get heb cards, and bus passes and lots of other help. I have new insurance and I going somewhere else where they want to help you. Josh Ende is awesome. Very understanding and helpful. I found this out the other day cause I had the same problem trying to make a appointment, no one has the time to wait 4 hours on hold.
