Austin insurance is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I called because Vanzant towinghit my car which is there a client. These people are so rude. They act like hillbillies they don’t like to speak in a tone kept hanging up in our faces just because we tried to get a Claim number. We had a policy number, but she was so rude. Whoever this lady was she continuously just kept hanging up in my face. Super service just as years past...be it a team member off or sick another clerk slides in an treats ya like family .... relentlessly professional and a different cut of cloth which is far better than the rest.

Absolutely best people to work with on insurance! Very helpful, friendly, and they always have their customers best interest in mind. Really great local business to act as a buffer between the public and the big insurance companies.

I have had my insurance with Austin Insurance for several years. They have very competitive rates and always been very helpful and gone above and beyond to help me with any issue that I have. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
