I went to the doctor as I was referred out to the physician. She is an older woman. I came here because I was told by my urologist that I came out positive for ESBL. I collected all the previous infections that occurred and presented them to the medical team. When I get to my appointment, the doctor basically disregard me and states that she doesn’t believe I have an infection. Says “ It didn’t show up when I ran my test” And at the time I was on antibiotics which I had told her and her team a week before… She chalked it up ... read more

Your consultation is that you won't get an appointment. And they won't call you. Very short hours, doctors on site twice a week. This is an office of rejection. It is not health care in that they DO NOT consider health as a factor, and care...well they DON'T care.

Absolutely disgusting practice. Some of the worst “business practices I’ve ever seen”. It’s been 5 years, you’re unable to see another doctor within the practice “since they’re private” even though Doctor Nair threw her hands up and said I don’t think we can help you. Places like this shouldn’t exist and should be thoroughly audited. Cash grab opposed to actually helping patients that truly in need. Do better. Literally, take all my money just do your job. GROSS.

Very rude staff and doctor is an absolute unprofessional jerk. The doctor was too busy to see me even though this appointment was set a month ago. Took two months just to talk to someone. Then the staff lied to my face. The story they told me was easily contradictory by the next sentence they made up. If you’re gonna be a liar, at least be smart about it.
