Pam helped me overcome my fear of swimming in open water. I was afraid to place my face in the water but wanted to complete a triathlon. After 3 or so sessions I was able to relax and enter the water without anxiety or fear. I completed my first triathlon no problem!! Thanks Pam for you help!
