I bought a new home from Richmond in 2020. Since my move in I have been given the run around by Austin Air. The master bedroom never cools. The rest of the house is too cold. Last summer both AC units needed new compressors. Every time they came out to my home I was given a new fantastical excuse and and assurance that it was fixed. Just the worst customer service. Shielda will lie to cover up the fact that the techs don't know what they are doing. Just the worst, I don't know how they are in business.
