Austin did an amazing job getting our offer where it needed to be and negotiating on our behalf. The documents he put together protected us as buyers. Once he locked down the house for us he provided a comprehensive service of inspections, scheduling and contractor quotes. The whole process was extremely smooth. Highly recommend.

Austin crushed it for us. He hustled at each step in the process. His communication was constant and his execution was precise. As a first-time home buyer he could not have made the process any smoother. Thank you Austin.

Austin went above and beyond to help us secure a rental, even though he wasn’t earning any commission. He found properties, set up tours, and negotiated on our behalf, always treating us like a top priority. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful process so much easier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hardworking and trustworthy agent.
