I booked a deep cleaning with Austin House Cleaning Co. after months of putting it off, and I wish I had done it sooner. Sandra was the cleaner who came by and she was fantastic from start to finish. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. My small 1bedroom/1bathroom apartment was allegedly cleaned by them and when I inspected it, it was like nothing had been done. I complained and the cleaners were sent back to “clean” again and it’s like they did nothing again. An absolute waste of $130. Anna and Jackie were not helpful in resolving the issue. On the first day of service,( for me.. fairly new)Jackie & Mary( her Mom) bring in great service but as weeks go by; different crew come in and sloppy cleaning appears..... I have overlooked three of these service days and paid:$150.00 every time..... just so that I end up cleaning up after them so that I don’t have to hear my husband or kids prattle on “ Why even have maids... if you are going to do all the work?”bit.
