Emergency room itself was absolutely horrendous - entered with my friend who was the person needing assistance - upon initial presentation they were not too bad just in a lot of pain and were able to get them registered and added to the queue. Amazing staff. Yes it's always busy here but you get treated with top notch specialists and staff that go above and beyond. Well worth the wait.

Rushed to hospital last night with a badly swollen ankle, arriving at 9pm. It’s now 6:45am nearly a 10-hour wait. I’ve watched people arrive hours after me and get taken through, while I’ve been left sitting here in extremely uncomfortable chairs with barely any communication or care. The first time I came, I was told I’d be better off going to a GP, even though I couldn’t properly walk and needed to keep my leg elevated. This is not good enough.
