Went to the energency in extreme pain Had a 6mm kidney stone and infection Tried to get attention They didnt know how to prioritise someone in agony until they collapse or maybe try screaming hysterically A neighbour told me her husband went their in pain and while waiting collapsed on the floor What was funny was she also said they did a great job looking after him so people have different expectations One star from me and the neighbour

I was brought in by an ambulance due to severe asthma- unable to breathe. The paramedics were very helpful (life savers) but the care in the hospital was pathetic. Only one triage nurse was helpful and attentive but his shift ended during my stay. There was no availability of a bed or a cubicle out the back for me so they left me in the waiting room for 5 hours- cannula in, faint and short of breath. This is sheer incompetence in action. Don’t cry lack of funding, Dr or nurse shortages, the process of how this emergency is run is deplorable. No system, no structure to what they do, 11 hours for zero outcome. Baffling how people do not die here with greater frequency.

Horrendous paramedic experience. Potential spine injury - WHICH WAS A SPINE INJURY - and they had me stand up, walk, sit in emergency, wouldn't give me any pain killers till I cried after making involuntary groaning noises from the beginning, and they only gave me neurofen.
