I can’t thank the team at Austin Hospital enough. When my husband was critically ill, the staff were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire experience. They guided us through every step with patience and care, making a truly difficult time a little more bearable. The professionalism, empathy, and dedication of the team stood out in every interaction. I will always be grateful for the way they looked after my husband and supported our family. I have submitted a formal complaint regarding the care I received at Austin Hospital Emergency Department after being transported by ambulance following two tonic-clonic seizures. At the time of presentation, I had experienced two seizures resulting in falls and head injury, and I was also experiencing psychotic symptoms related to my diagnosed bipolar disorder.
