DRIVE FURTHER!!! – I shouldn't have gone back the second time..but I did. My first time I needed a part for my steam cleaner...told it would take a week...took like 3 weeks and then he ended up taking it off of someone elses that had broken and I believe charging full price. Got the parts and service! – Friendly people, helpful with choosing a new machine--which I did a year ago--and also bags and belts. Convenient and close location, they always have the parts I need. These guys will even carry your machine from your car into the shop! This is not your "greasy fingernail" kind of shop. Very clean and professional.
