I had the worst haircut today. She absolutely no skills in fading hair. Horrible. I will have to wear a cap for a few weeks now. This woman RUINED MY HAIR. I will be calling your corporate office and filing a complaint. I WILL also make sure not one single person I talk to will ever visit your establishment. Website stated she had experience doing fades. My 5 year old niece can cut hair better. I am so 😡.
Went in impulsively because my hair desperately needed a trim/layers. Lacey was so lovely and answered all of my questions through the cut. The haircut is STUNNING she did an amazing job at such a great price!
Walked into an empty shop for a simple haircut. The lady behind the counter claimed I could not get a haircut without submitting my phone number for their system. I tried to use my work landline and the system would not accept that number. The lady looked at me with distain, so I left without a haircut. Went to Supercuts and got a great cut right away, no phone number required. Thanks Supercuts.
We called to say we were going to be 5 mins late. They let me know that if I was more than 10 mins late, I would have to reschedule. I got in the chair 7. mins late, because I had to explain to one of the stylists how to cut my son’s hair. When my stylist asked what I wanted, I said I wanted a scissor cut. She looked at the clock and said she didn’t have time. I said, “we come here all the time (for like 4 years), just cut my hair.” She said, “I don’t feel comfortable doing this service.” What?!? Very disappointed with my experience at Austin Haircut Co. (Brodie location). I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM, but when I arrived, I was told that the barber had called off work. What was most frustrating was that no one bothered to call, text, or notify me beforehand to cancel or reschedule the appointment. When I asked about it, I was told they had thought about calling but “didn’t have time.” As a customer, I value my time, and it’s disappointing when a business doesn’t show the same respect.
