Update: Back again and Got a new cut with bangs and the most GORGEOUS grey coverage hair color! Added additional photos - Jesse is the guy if you want a great top to bottom makeover!! Initial Review: I am so happy I found this salon, Jesse was awesome and I give my experience today 10/10 stars, he was attentive to what I wanted, very friendly and talked me through the process and all my options, plus about life and I left feeling like a new person. You’ll get great service here, I know will be back! Thanks again Jesse!!
Rio did a great job with my hair and beard. It was my first time there and I was experimenting here. Both the haircut and beard turned out really well in the end. Got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommended if you are around the area.
Do not go to Amanda. She left my hair uneven patchy and long in the back. Some friends noticed later on in the day. I called, she offered to fix it but was interrupting and talking over me on the phone. I get there, she starts cutting the sides of my hair with no explanation. I asked “what are you doing?” Then she starts yelling accused me of screaming at her and kicked me out with half my hair still messed up. Ended up getting the mullet she gave me fixed elsewhere. Edit: I am editing this review because the owner reached out to me and did their best to rectify the issue. I don't know if I will get my haircut here in the future, I at least appreciate them trying to resolve the issue. I went to get my haircut yesterday and after the haircut, my stylist Erica applied gel to my hair. When I got home and cleaned my hair, I noticed the back and the front was cut very unevenly. Today I had a 4:00 appointment. This morning I received your reminder text. After I showered, got dressed and drove to your Brodie location, you’re closed, presumably because of the weather? I don’t begrudge you for being closed for staff safety. However, I’m ticked off no one called, emailed or texted to inform me and reschedule. You have no concern or value for my time and safety.
