Edit: I am editing this review because the owner reached out to me and did their best to rectify the issue. I don't know if I will get my haircut here in the future, I at least appreciate them trying to resolve the issue. I went to get my haircut yesterday and after the haircut, my stylist Erica applied gel to my hair. When I got home and cleaned my hair, I noticed the back and the front was cut very unevenly. I have been coming to see Linda at Great Haircuts for about five years now. Linda is a professional and does amazing work. Prior to seeing Linda, I was never able to find good service around Austin and started doing my own haircuts at home. One day I took a chance with Great Haircuts and I’ve never looked back. Every haircut from Linda is seriously the best haircut I’ve ever had. Thank you to Linda and Great Haircuts for keeping me looking fresh. I’m a customer for life!

I’m really picky about my hair and if you don’t know how to cut my type of hair it can get really messed up, I had the privilege of having Ashley cut my hair and she definitely knows what she is doing.. she takes pride in listening to exactly what I wanted and even offered suggestions on what she thought would work best and look good…. I Highly recommend here as well as some of the other staff as the vide was amazing

I am trying to be diplomatic here. I brought my son in for an important haircut, and based on reviews, we went with Linda. Regrettably, it was the worst he had ever received. It was absurdly uneven, particularly around the ears, sideburns, and forehead. Clippers are suitable for some areas, but scissors help to make hair even. My son was silent the whole way home.
