The staff at AEC was friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Dr Hsu spoke with me and my husband after the procedure to let us know what he found and answered all our questions. I have had several colonoscopies at this facility and felt confident and comfortable each time. I would not hesitate to have another procedure at this facility and recommend it to friends or family members.
I have used your facility and been a patient of Dr. Gagneja for many years. I have been comforted by the professionalism and care I have consistently received from both doctor and facility staff. I was very impressed with each and every part of the experience at the Center. All the staff were professional, friendly, compassionate, and attentive, not only to me, but also to my husband's comfort as he waited for me. The follow-up the next morning was extraordinary with contact both through the patient portal app and a phone call. It was especially meaningful that we left the Center with photos and a written report of the findings of the procedure itself.
I've been seen at Austin Endoscopy for years and I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Sheila Reddy, Nishita and every single person I encounter, go above and beyond to make the visits as comfortable as possible. None of my appointments are easy, however, everyone on staff makes me feel relaxed and at ease.
