The staff members and technicians at AEC were all so personable, efficient, and friendly. Michelle, Geri, and Phill sure made me feel at ease. They are experts at "small talk" and truly seem to enjoy their work. Same goes for Andrew at the reception desk--he did a great job of setting the tone for my time at AEC. Dr. Hsu was also very personable and professional, making sure to answer my questions with clear explanations.
The staff at AEC was friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Dr Hsu spoke with me and my husband after the procedure to let us know what he found and answered all our questions. I have had several colonoscopies at this facility and felt confident and comfortable each time. I would not hesitate to have another procedure at this facility and recommend it to friends or family members.
I have used your facility and been a patient of Dr. Gagneja for many years. I have been comforted by the professionalism and care I have consistently received from both doctor and facility staff. I do not plan to make any changes in the future regarding this medical precaution process. Thank you to all who tended to me the days leading up to and the day of my procedure.
My entire experience with Dr David Kim, the office staff at his Hays office, and the South Austin Endoscopy center was the best! It started with scheduling and rescheduling appointments with the ease, and clear pre-procedure instructions, then lead to showing up for the procedure and everyone understands you're tired, hungry, and grumpy so they are the kindest and most welcoming at every step: from check in, to the prep and consent process, to the perfect anesthesia, and of course, Dr Kim's professionalism.
