PA Sara was thorough and comprehensive in reviewing my medical history and preparation for the colonoscopy. The staff is a well oiled machine, professional, concise, and at least on the surface, they enjoyed my dad jokes, without compromising efficiency. I'm not happy with the "process," but I AM PLEASED with the folks who are doing this for me.
