Insurance FRAUD and charge my money from my bank without my permission. Also I bought $85 insole from Dr.Patel and it doesn’t help me and I asked for return insole and get refund. Dr.Patel said NO.
The best experience here! Dr. Patel made sure I was very comfortable before my procedure. Great bedside manner from all of the staff and as much as I was scared, they put my nerves at ease and relieved me of my pain and suffering. I already recommend Dr. Patel to all my family and appreciate all they’ve done for me.
If I could give a zero I would. My mom was a patient of Dr. Patels and it was the worst experience. She has had issues with her foot he did surgery in for 2 years straight now and come to find out he didn’t even remove the spurs he was suppose to but instead inserted screws and did a new technique on her that she didn’t consent to. Recently got a second opinion to find out that the surgery he did was not even necessary and in turn he damaged her nerve which is causing all the pain. Dr. Nilesh P. Patel is amazing. I've gone to 2 other doctors before. Each doctor prescribed different routes which never resolved the issue. After the first visit Dr. Patel instantly found the issue. After his treatment plan I am finally able to walk normally and pain free. First time since 2019!
