10/12/23 made my second unpleasant experience with JANE. I decided to go to the research office for help because I had sent two portal messages and on 9/7/23 and they went unanswered. I was told by the other front desk staff that dr. R. Patel had read them ( what good does that do). The doctor told me that he told the front desk staff to take care of it. They did not.
