I had previously seen a different podiatrist and they bought his practice and have had several problems the last few months. 1. They won’t take patient questions over the phone. 2. They can’t print statements for payments out. If you have flexible spending no proof of payment can be printed besides credit card receipt which they won’t accept. Always extremely friendly and welcoming. They put up with my tender flower self, laugh at my jokes and always listen with kindness and truly care about patients! Dr Patel even got the stem cells ready in a different room and tried really hard not to show me the needle which I very much appreciated!
