I will sum Austin Fleck Property Management up in one word THIEF'S We just recently moved out of a property. They are stealing the majority of our security deposit on fibrous claims. They have no idea who we really are, and we are going to expose them on all level's starting with fair housing act violations. And what's so sad the money is chump change to us it's all about the principle's on how they conducted business with us.
Austin F**** has managed my rental house in Chandler since 2007 and I highly recommend them! They promptly address tenants' concerns and obtain speedy repairs at reasonable prices when necessary. They provide monthly communication, quick rent payments, and do the paperwork for taxes and license fees, as well as always being available by phone or email. They have my highest recommendation for property management!
