We live in Oregon and had to coordinate remotely, but email/phone communication was good when lining up testing and estimates. Alex and I texted while items were being pulled from the house, receiving confirmation photos. Comms were good coordinating return of the cleaned items to a storage unit. Billing went smooth. It was only when items didn't turn up that AFF began to destroy the good will they had built with me.
