Great place. They are so professional and kind. We had a great experience. The facilities are well staffed and every time we went, we were encouraged to ask questions. The medical team spent so much time with us, making sure we had all our questions and concerns answered. They followed up each visit and we feel we received personalized care. We got the results we wanted ;)
If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. Dr. Barnsky never went over any of my tests with me, in person or on the phone. It was always a nurse, if it was done at all. It was the least amount of effort from a doctor I have ever experienced. Her staff is decent, but if you want your own medical records prepare to pay $25 dollars. Oh, and if you don’t have a fax machine you will have to get clever with a fax app or physically pick them up as they don’t upload your documents to a portal for your own access. Dr. Barskey was my fertility doctor and was so sweet and compassionate during my care. She was thorough in explaining everything. We had to cancel our 1st transfer cycle because my lining wasn't to the preferred thickness. She made a few changes to my plan and it worked. We were able to do a transfer the next month and my sweet 3aa stuck. I am forever thankful to you Dr. Barsky. ❤️
I'm not even sure that I can convey the gratitude I have for the patience and thoroughness Dr. Maya Barsky exhibited in my experience. Truly she is an incredible professional who cares deeply for the individual (and their family) sitting before her. The practice itself and the other doctors are incredibly phenomenal and truly have a team approach when needed. After my procedure, I needed to reach out to the doctor on call who was not Dr. Barsky.
