My husband has seen Dr Kavoussi for nearly 2 years now. He did his vasectomy reversal, which was successful, but we’re still not pregnant. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable, but the process of getting to talk to him for 5 min has been difficult every time. The office staff / team doesn’t communicate important information, which delays a bunch of stuff. As a surrogate it is important to keep you stress levels low, and I feel like everyone at Austin Fertility was patient, understanding, and I was seen quickly. Thank you all for making my visit stress free!
Didn't even make it to them taking my call as soon as they answered they put you on hold, I try 2 times one day and 2 a different day. On the second day I got disconnect on the first call while I was on hold and I called them back, I guess the lady recognize my number from calling before and with a actitud she told me to hold.
My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Lebovic for just under a year now and definitely recommend his office to anyone with fertility needs. Dr. Lebovic has worked with us through ups and downs on this journey and has been kind and caring through it all. His Nurse Practitioner, Ashlee, is absolutely amazing! She is empathetic, caring and makes you feel seen and heard. The office and providers are extremely responsive every time I have called or emailed.
