First, let me say that I am a healthcare provider here in Austin. My husband and I did IVF with the other group in town (several times), to no avail. We joked with Dr. S Kavoussi that he just has that "magic touch", because we did in vitro at his Westlake IVF lab and got pregnant 1st try !! Dr. Shahryar Kavoussi is the best doctor ever – I had a tubal ligation in 2007 during a previous marriage. In 2009 I remarried and my husband and I decided we would like to have a child together, so I set about searching for a good doctor to help us out. Takes the time to listen – My husband and I were having a hard time working with today's fast paced OBs that could take the time to consult with us on trying to get pregnant. We wanted an expert in the field of fertility to atleast take the time to consult with us and explore and answer some questions we had. We were very impressed with Dr. Shahryar Kavoussi knowledge and experience and especially the time he took with my husband and I gave us the confidence we did the right thing for some consultation.

Highly Recommend Dr. S. Kavoussi! – I originally saw Dr. S. Kavoussi for suspected Endometriosis and fertility problems. He was the first doctor to take me seriously and suggest a plan of action. Was reluctant to see a male doc, but glad I did! – I was referred to Dr. S Kavoussi when an infertility evaluation indicated that I had a blocked fallopian tube and would have difficulty conceiving due to a very irregular cycle. I was *very* hesistant to see a male doctor, but he was the only reproductive endocrinologist that my insurance would cover. It is so nice to have confidence in my doctor! – I have had a few appointments with Dr. Kavoussi and one small surgery. He has a very dear and caring bedside manner and takes time to answer any questions. He is respectful and a good listener. I felt confident in his diagnosis and his skills in treatment. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. S. Kavoussi is fantastic – Dr. Kavoussi is really great. He spent about 40 minutes with me and really listened and really took the time to answer my questions.
Highly recommended – I was very reluctant to see a fertility specialist, but I am so glad I did and that Dr. S Kavoussi is handling my care. He spent 45 minutes at my first appointment while sitting comfortably in his office reviewing my history, previous tests, and what direction we may want to go in.
