Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service. I wish I had read more of their negative reviews before entrusting them with my eye care. I had an appointment with them back on December 13 for my annual checkup and so that I could get my contact prescription updated so that I can get new contacts as I was about to run out. They told me that they’d contact me in a week when my trial pairs come in which are supposed to be complimentary with the $86 fee you pay for the exam.
