This doctor's office is very dishonest with the cost of the procedure and patient responsibility. Had a procedure done with them at the beginning of March had to pay almost $3,000 up front and they made it seem like that was my cost .... I've now received 2 to 3 bills from them as well as 1 or 2 bills from the Austin endoscopy center where the procedure actually took place... very dishonest, or at the least, not transparent or honest at all. I truly believe we all should give thanks to those who give care to others. I will do my best to show my gratitude to the staff located at the Austin Endoscopy Center (North location). Absolutely everything about this process was done so well: • I was well informed about what to expect and was given specific directions of what to do beforehand • The check-in process was smooth and easy • Everyone, and I mean everyone, that I came into contact with was super friendly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and fully answered all my questions • I was a little unsure about walking to the car after the procedure, so I was helped all the way to the car and my spouse was given all information... read more
