Absolutely everything about this process was done so well: • I was well informed about what to expect and was given specific directions of what to do beforehand • The check-in process was smooth and easy • Everyone, and I mean everyone, that I came into contact with was super friendly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and fully answered all my questions • I was a little unsure about walking to the car after the procedure, so I was helped all the way to the car and my spouse was given all information... read more
While this procedure is one we dread, AEC and Dr Ellis made the experience as good as humanly possible. The level of kindness and professionalism is outstanding! From start to finish, I was kept informed of what was being done and what would be next. All personnel were kind and very professional. Well organized and very patient focused. Thank you so much!
Felt like just another number to them. When they had me fill out paperwork, they had me check whether or not I was I informed that my doctor had a financial interest in the center. I checked no bc I assumed he didn’t have financial interest… then the check in lady asked if I was given paperwork at my dr appt I said yes, and then she said I was most likely told that the doctor did indeed have financial interest, and made me change my answer to yes.
