I have worked for an insurance company for the last 25 + years I have to call Doctors offices for records a lot and Austin Endo takes the cake, not only did I get a call back within a few hours I received 2 follow up calls. Unheard of these days, but what a pleasant surprise. Carla & Kim were absolutely AWESOME .. If I could take them to lunch I would have, I pray all medical offices conduct business this way especially the medical records department. YOU TWO ARE AMAZING !!! THANK YOU
