My husband and I highly recommend this place. We found exactly what we were looking for. Al was very professional and no high pressure sales pitch like in most dealerships.
They are very accommodating, they try very hard to do any and everything they can to work with you. I'm beyond pleased with the service and truck I was able to purchase here. This was the best car buying experience I can ever remember. Al was very upfront and honest with all of my questions. I found the perfect truck, exactly what I was looking for. The price was more than fair, far less cost for a lot more truck! I strongly recommend Austin Elite with no qualifiers, if, ands, or buts. What an experience. Didn't even feel like a "dealership dealership" in the negative sense we usually think of when hearing the word. If you're looking for a niche vehicle, Al will find it for you. The experience wasn't pushy or "sales-y" at all. Truly a place where they want the vehicle to be a good fit for you.
